		LADY MADONNA Another number 1 hit for the group in the UK it was recorded during February 1968 and was released on the 15th March 1968 by Parlophone Records in the UK and predictably 3 days later in the US by Capitol. It was the top selling Beatles record ever to be released by Parlophone in the UK and by Capitol in the USA.



		COME TOGETHER Got to number 1 in all the US charts and stayed in the TOP 100 for an incredible 4 months. It was recorded at Abbey Road Studios between the 21-30th July 1969 and was released in the US on the 6th October 1969 by Apple Records. It was released on the reverse side of 'Something' but it only ever made it to number 4 in the UK.



		LET IT BE Another of my favourites, this hit number 1 on all the US charts and was originally recorded between the 25-31st January 1969, but was later overdubbed and then finally completed on the 4th January 1970. It was released in the UK on the 6th of March 1970 and in the US on the 11th. 'Let it Be' was the title track from what was going to be the final Beatles Movie that was filmed a year earlier but didn't premier until the 13th May 1970. It was the last song ever to be 'recorded' by The Beatles.



		THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD The last single to be released in the UK from The Beatles, it was first recorded at Apple Studios on the 26th and 31st January 1969. The big band was shoe-horned in, around a year later. It was finally released as a single on 11th May 1970.
